Explore provides travel planning services, hotel bookings, flight bookings, as well as guided tours and online seminars.  By accepting a price quote or sending us a payment for our services, you are confirming your acceptance of the terms & conditions listed on this page and provided in the link below. ​ Please read through these conditions carefully.

I. Guided Tours and Online Seminars

a. Pricing

All tours and seminars are customized and as such pricing is personalized to each client's individual product or service. Pricing varies according to destination, length, and the nature of the tour or services provided. An initial price quote will be provided to the client at no charge; to book the service, the client will be required to pay in full at the moment of booking.  Pricing for private seminars varies according to the content, structure and length of the seminar. As for private tours, an initial price quote for the seminar will be provided to the client at no charge ; to book the seminar, the client will be required to pay in full at the moment of booking.  Payment for these services will be accepted via bank transfer or via credit card using an online payment platform.

b. Changes & Cancellations by the client

Changes and Cancellations may be made to some of our services in certain conditions, but may incur penalties depending on how soon we are notified.  Payment for private tours and seminars is due at the moment of booking. These services may be canceled by clients under the following conditions :

 

Cancellation 60+ days before the travel date or activity : 75% refund

Cancellation 60 to 41 days before the travel date or activity : 50% refund

Cancellation 40 to 15 days before the travel date or activity : 25% refund

Cancellation less than 15 days before the travel date or activity : No refund

 

Seminars may be rescheduled, upon request, up to 72h in advance of the established activity date.  To request a refund within the limits of the schedule above, the client must contact us using the email address provided on the contact page.  The refund will be issued, in accordance with the refund schedule above, either by bank transfer or by credit card, or in the original payment method provided by the client wherever possible.  After 72 hours before the scheduled seminar date, or less than 15 days prior to the tour date, refunds will not be possible.    

 

c. Changes & Cancellations by Explore

In the event that Explore is unable to provide the agreed-upon services for whatever reason, Explore will find a suitable replacement or issue a full refund to the client of the amount paid for said services.

II. Travel Planning & Hotel Bookings

Explore is an independent affiliate of 360 Private Travel.  As such, the following services fall under the 360 Private Travel Terms & Conditions : hotel bookings, flight bookings, transportation & transfer bookings, and excursions.
